Information here about programs, tuition, dates, and policies is published in good faith and kept current, but it is a description, not a contract. The document that governs your relationship with the university is the enrollment agreement you sign, together with the academic catalog in effect on the date you enroll. Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, a salary, a promotion, admission to another institution, or eligibility for any license or certification. Whether credits earned here transfer elsewhere, and whether a specific employer, licensing board, or graduate program recognizes a NextGen degree, is always determined by that receiving organization.
Tuition rates, start dates, curriculum, and policies may change. Rates in effect when you sign your enrollment agreement are locked for the length of your program under the terms of that agreement. We may update or remove any part of this site at any time without notice.
The NextGen Online University name, seal, crest, course materials, and site content are the property of Next Generation Learning LLC. Enrolled students receive a limited license to use course materials for their own study. Nothing here transfers ownership. Presenting a document that claims a NextGen credential we did not issue is fraud, and we report it.
